like usually you lift waits for one day and then skip a day to give muscles rest well should i just do cardio and lifting in the same day?
and does running count 4 legs muscle?

It all depends on how much effort you put in, and how long you do it for.
If you warm up correctly, and then get your heart rate up, and keep it there for a reasonable time, say over half an hour, then it will give you a good enough workout.
If you don’t like cycling in traffic, and can’t get to quiet roads, then it’s OK, but it can’t beat a ride in the country, and it’ll be uniform effort, because there will be no hills.

It’s a ton of dancing. Hip movement and butt movement lol like salsa dancing but it’s a ton of different mixed styles of dance morphed into a workout dance. Do you think it would be ok to do this or would it be too much for my body??

i was doing zumba when i got pregnant and i was advised that my heart rate would go up to high and all the hip movements weren’t too good for pregnancy… i hated quitting… but i followed the dr.’s advice… =/

I try to do cardio and then work out my lower or upper body (switching every day so i only do one one day and then the next the next day) but am unsure if the stairclimber that rolls on the track (…hard to explain) would count as cardio or lower body/legs?

it would be working both, ur lower legs just cuz ur walking, and even walking a long time helps with ur cardio. So yea lol its a good workout.

That would be cardio. It would almost be like a irish dancing type of thing
It would tone your lower body. It depends on how much you do of it with other activity if it would build enough muscle to bulk you up

Trampoline exercises probably won’t decrease your belly fat as fast as other cardio exercises such as running.

Low cal, low fat, low carb protein shake.
I’d suggest ON Whey Protein. Double Rich Chocolate flavor. Take with skim milk or with water.
Having a protein shake will help make you feel full after working out and the protein can go to work quickly to help build muscle. Keep in mind, that jsut because you’re a girl doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have protein shakes. It will help define your muscles and mid section and give you the nourishment you need.
