Trust me, follow this and you will loose a considerable amount of weight within 3 months.

Eat less between main meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Seriously, if you’re hungry, buckle up. This will force your body to use the fat as a source of energy rather than rely on you to eat too much and deposit more fat into reserves.

Exercise more. If you burn off more calories than you eat, you will loose weight.

Don’t sit around all day watching TV, playing X-BOX, or sitting at a computer. Take up a hobby, like cross country, cycling, etc

Believe it or not stress is a exercise, bear this in mind.

If your family want to help you, they’ll support you by taking you to a gym if you want to go to one. It’s not weird to go to the gym if your a teenager, where I live plenty of teenagers go to the gym. Just run on a treadmill for thirty mins whilst listening to your ipod or doing a reading assignment.

Drink more water, this will speed up your metabolism (which will mean your body will burn through fat quick)

Drink less soda.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have breakfast. Cereal is good. It will wake up your metabolism and as soon as you eat your bowl of cereal or toast, even once your digestive system processes it, your body will begin to burn through fat. It speeds up the process.

Healthy food: VEGETABLES, SALAD, ANYTHING WITH LESS THAN 200 CALORIES,

Exercise: RUN, not walk, for 20 mins and lift some weights you can manage every other day.

PS: Don’t use supplements, that’s insanely unhealthy, because they’re not real food. It’s better if you start a diet of food which contains more protein, less fat, etc and what the supplements have because you will get into a routine of eating those foods, but if you eat your normal diet – what you eat now, and take supplements, your tricking your body, and as soon as you stop taking those supplements – which are quite costly in fact – you will have the same problem again. Isn’t it better and more logical to spend that money on a real diet instead which will come out cheaper than processed food and junk and pop + supplements but will give you more nutrients, and taste a whole load better too?

Good Luck!

How’s My Weight Loss Exercise Routine?

Question by Ronald C: How’s My Weight Loss Exercise Routine?
So as you can tell by the title I want to loss weight. I’ve lost 85 pound in about a year by doing MMA Training but I really feel like my body has gotten use to the routine at the gym. So my new routine is Mon, Wed, Fri I do Weight training working on Chest and Biceps on Monday, Legs and Shoulders on Wed and Back and Triceps on Fri. Also before I do any weight lifting I do 30 to 40 min of Stationary Bike Training changing the levels every five min. Then on Tues, Thurs and Saturday I do Tabata / Interval Training which is ten rounds of 30 sec work 30 sec rest when I do work I turn the bike on the highest level and when I rest I turn it half way down. Also on the days I do Tabata/ Interval I also do three, three min rounds of heavy bag work right after my interval. I’m also very carefully about my calorie intake I stick to a 2000 calorie a day intake. I’m currently 5″8 245 I want to get down to 190 one day but for now my goal is 200 by July is this possible and what do you think of my routine?

Question by witman: What is a good workout routine to lose weight, without the use of weights?
I am a 15 year old boy, i am 5’11 and 200 pounds. i would like to lose weight by running and by doing crunches and pushups and stuff like that without having to use weights and without having to lift. Please provide me with a good, affective, and simple workout plan to help me lose as much weight as possible.no rude or bs answers please.

Answer by Tasha J
here are some good workout routines for you without no weights:

day 1- walk 3 miles
day 2- do 3 sets of 25 of lunges, squats, walking lunges, backward lunges, front kicks, back kicks, side kicks, jumping jacks
day 3- jog around the neighborhood, include sprints! jog for 4 minutes and sprint for 2 minutes..that should intensify your workout
day 4- go to the library and borrow a dvd of pilates or yoga! its for free and this is an excellent workout

the reason i am giving you a variety is because if you do the same workout, you may hit a plateau (meaning you stop losing weight and stop seeing results)
good luck!

what can i do to build more muscle mass. i have weight lifted for a year and have seen minimal gain.?

Question by jonesracing38: what can i do to build more muscle mass. i have weight lifted for a year and have seen minimal gain.?
And yes i have rotated routines.

Answer by BuffPap@50
Change the rhythm and focus on how you lift. Lift 70% of your maximum capacity and do a one count into the movement , hold for a 3 count and then one count down, or one count up, hold for one count and then a 3 count down focusing on the negative while flexing your muscles. You can also add a couple lbs per set. Do super sets, two related movements back to back.
Check out Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine workout and it will give you different options.Look at my avatar. I’m 51 yrs old and just started lifting again after a 15 yr lapse. My doc tells me I’m more fit than a lot of 20 and 30 somethings.

Question by : I want to use p90x but gain weight, I only weigh 120 lbs as it is? Help!?
I have trouble gaining weight as it is, but I hate just lifting weights I’d rather do a dvd routine like this from my dorm room. Any help would be appreciated!

Your not going to gain weight without food.

Calorie surplus= growth

and they must be the right kind of calories you cant just eat sugar, and fat.

I would suggest hitting the gym over P90x, but if this is what you think you can do then P90x away.

Which exercise machine will make you lose the most weight the fastest; the RED Exerciser or Ab Lounge?

Question by Roger: Which exercise machine will make you lose the most weight the fastest; the RED Exerciser or Ab Lounge?

Best answer:

Answer by Natalie Jones
cardio is the ONLY fat burning exercise – do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training
ab lounge is only building muscle – its not burning fat
i dont know what is the other one

is it a good idea to mix cardio workout with weight lifiting?

Question by apostollo23: is it a good idea to mix cardio workout with weight lifiting?
for example…..running/rowing with pushups/situps, my goal is to lose weight but at the same time tone muscle, im currently 19, male, 5’9, 170 pounds (lost 5 pounds over the last 2.5 weeks)

Best answer:

Answer by msujohnson0351
As long as you don’t expect to gain much new muscle, then it’s fine.

All you should expect to do is keep the existing muscle, but lose the existing bodyfat.

It is nearly impossible to lose fat but gain muscle at the same time, so don’t plan on it.

How do you, honestly, lose weight? I know running is a main part, and so is eating healthy, but im asking for what you’re routine is. I am trying to lose weight, and because i was hurt i cannot run, lift weights, or do anything that will compress my spine. Do you have any suggestions? I know to change the foods i eat, but i know that there is more one has to do to lose weight. I would just like some advice, and am curious about what you guys do.
