Exercising helped me to lose a pile of weight once I joined it along with taking acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening currently at http://pubelecs.kadieu.com , try it, how worse could it make things?

What are some HEALTHY and low fat snacks that use Honey?

I really like honey, and I want some ideas for very healthy and low fat snacks that use honey as a major ingredient (like so you can actually taste it). Any suggestions? Also, how many calories are in a tablespoon of honey and why is there not any nutritional info on honey?

Ideas for lower calorie protein snacks with fruit.?

I am prediabetic with a lot of current problems with blood sugar. I almost can’t eat fruit at all because my blood sugar goes so high. I need suggestions as to what I can combine with one serving of say cherries (15 cherries) that will help to stop the spiking. I am trying to lose weight in a healthy way, but it’s not doing a whole lot of good with my blood sugar as they seem to be getting higher, not lower. :( I don’t see my doctor until mid-September and my insurance won’t cover the diabetic educator unless I have a diabetic diagnosis, so I’m kindof on my own with my meter. Thanks.

Low-cal snacks?

I like to snack quite a bit, but I am trying to lose a little bit of weight and therefor want to eat helathier snacks with lower calories. I would eat salad, but I don’t like dressings that much and lettuce leaves taste kind of plain by themselves. (Of course, if you have any other ideas for salads than dressings I’d be happy to hear that too.) I also need these snacks to keep me satisfied for a while.
