Detox diet and Hydroxycut, smart idea?

Well, I use to weigh 323 pounds. I now weigh roughly 260. Im obviously still working on losing more weight and =I thank hydroxycut and commitment for it. I honestly want to drop to 225 as my goal before the end of the year. I was thinking of doing a detox diet, what does it consist of and what can i eat, or buy to eat? Im also going on hydroxycut hardcore again, is the mix of the 2 good?

Foods to avoid with Hydroxycut

I am about to start taking Hydroxycut Hardcore once it arrives in the mail. I read that it is advised to take a multivitamin with the pills, but I already am so that is not an issue. But I am also taking some Fish oil pills, and was wondering if these pills with interact with the Hydroxycut in a negative manner? I was also wondering if I should avoid sugar, Like in a drink similar to Kool-Aid. I have a feeling it is but I would like some confirmation. I was also wondering if any people found foods or know of foods that are best to avoid while on the product. I only plan to try out this bottle, and if it works buy one more, and then I should be at my goal. So this is not a long term process. Any help is appreciated.

I bought a $50 bottle of hydroxycut hardcore a few weeks back and soon after the whole HC line got recalled. Has anyone been on any kind of hydroxycut and experienced any significant problems? Did the hydroxycut help you lose weight at all? Any help will be very appreciated!

Does MEPS test for Hydroxycut?

Currently I am taking Hydroxycut Hardcore. I was wondering does MEPS test for HH? How many days before I go to MEPS should I stop taking it? Or is this something that I shouldn’t worry bout cause they don’t test for it?

i just started taking hydroxycut hardcore im 6 foot 150 pounds and need to loose some body fat but i havent seen or felt any results can someone tell me if there is a way to tell if it is working

I take glutamine, and i wanna lose fat, so i started taking hydroxycut hardcore, i might switch to lipo later on, but when i workout i usually take one pill of hydroxycut then 5g of glutmine and was wondering if i should take whey protein after, because im really sore the next day.
