Trust me, follow this and you will loose a considerable amount of weight within 3 months.

Eat less between main meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Seriously, if you’re hungry, buckle up. This will force your body to use the fat as a source of energy rather than rely on you to eat too much and deposit more fat into reserves.

Exercise more. If you burn off more calories than you eat, you will loose weight.

Don’t sit around all day watching TV, playing X-BOX, or sitting at a computer. Take up a hobby, like cross country, cycling, etc

Believe it or not stress is a exercise, bear this in mind.

If your family want to help you, they’ll support you by taking you to a gym if you want to go to one. It’s not weird to go to the gym if your a teenager, where I live plenty of teenagers go to the gym. Just run on a treadmill for thirty mins whilst listening to your ipod or doing a reading assignment.

Drink more water, this will speed up your metabolism (which will mean your body will burn through fat quick)

Drink less soda.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have breakfast. Cereal is good. It will wake up your metabolism and as soon as you eat your bowl of cereal or toast, even once your digestive system processes it, your body will begin to burn through fat. It speeds up the process.

Healthy food: VEGETABLES, SALAD, ANYTHING WITH LESS THAN 200 CALORIES,

Exercise: RUN, not walk, for 20 mins and lift some weights you can manage every other day.

PS: Don’t use supplements, that’s insanely unhealthy, because they’re not real food. It’s better if you start a diet of food which contains more protein, less fat, etc and what the supplements have because you will get into a routine of eating those foods, but if you eat your normal diet – what you eat now, and take supplements, your tricking your body, and as soon as you stop taking those supplements – which are quite costly in fact – you will have the same problem again. Isn’t it better and more logical to spend that money on a real diet instead which will come out cheaper than processed food and junk and pop + supplements but will give you more nutrients, and taste a whole load better too?

Good Luck!

How’s My Weight Loss Exercise Routine?

Question by Ronald C: How’s My Weight Loss Exercise Routine?
So as you can tell by the title I want to loss weight. I’ve lost 85 pound in about a year by doing MMA Training but I really feel like my body has gotten use to the routine at the gym. So my new routine is Mon, Wed, Fri I do Weight training working on Chest and Biceps on Monday, Legs and Shoulders on Wed and Back and Triceps on Fri. Also before I do any weight lifting I do 30 to 40 min of Stationary Bike Training changing the levels every five min. Then on Tues, Thurs and Saturday I do Tabata / Interval Training which is ten rounds of 30 sec work 30 sec rest when I do work I turn the bike on the highest level and when I rest I turn it half way down. Also on the days I do Tabata/ Interval I also do three, three min rounds of heavy bag work right after my interval. I’m also very carefully about my calorie intake I stick to a 2000 calorie a day intake. I’m currently 5″8 245 I want to get down to 190 one day but for now my goal is 200 by July is this possible and what do you think of my routine?

Question by jessr2386: What is an effective daily exercise routine for a 25 yr old woman?
I would like to plan a daily exercise routine that involves sit-ups, weight lifting such as bicep curls (with 3 lb. weights), maybe using my stairmaster….. but I don’t know how many sit-ups, and bicep curls I should do a day for it to be effective? I am very slim and would like to get some toned muscles on my arms and legs and stomach.

Which exercise machine will make you lose the most weight the fastest; the RED Exerciser or Ab Lounge?

Question by Roger: Which exercise machine will make you lose the most weight the fastest; the RED Exerciser or Ab Lounge?

Best answer:

Answer by Natalie Jones
cardio is the ONLY fat burning exercise – do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training
ab lounge is only building muscle – its not burning fat
i dont know what is the other one

How do you know when an exercise routine is working?

Question by Mikaela <3: How do you know when an exercise routine is working?
So i try to do a nightly routine of ab crunches, yoga poses, etc. and after i do an exercise such as crunches for example, my stomach/abs will feel kinda warm. Is this normal? or am i doing something wrong?
I’m trying to get rid of fat around the obliques

Suggestions needed please!

Best answer:

Answer by I am me
sweetheart your fine. that warm feeling is just your body working the way its saposed to. to me a good work out is when you can feel it after your finished like if you do some crunches and you finish and the only thing you feel is tired from doing them but you dont have a tight feeling in your stomatch you probably should do a few more. a good beginers work out is a hard one. you should be able to feel it for at least a half hour after your finished and a great workout you should be able to feel the next day.

studies of usage of exercise equipment?

Question by buff: studies of usage of exercise equipment?
I seem to remember reading about a couple of studies about usage of home exercise equipment, with conclusions that most home exercise equipment never gets used more than a few months, then sits idle. I would appreciate a reference to those studies. Thanks.

Answer by CharlieB.
“Several small studies have also shown that in both clinical and nonclinical samples reduced access to specific food products or reduced access to sedentary physical activities (e.g., television viewing and exercise equipment) can have positive influences on body weight over time. ”

That was all I could find. Hope it helps!

Does skipping one day of exercise matter?

Question by Hot Mess™: Does skipping one day of exercise matter?
I usually go to the gym and walk for an hour 7 days a week, but today it snowed 8 inches…trapping me in the house preventing me from going to the gym.
I’m still doing ab exercises because I can do those at home.
I won’t gain weight by not walking today, right? :)

Answer by shygirl93
I don’t think it’ll make much of a difference if you miss one day of exercising. Just keep on doing your exercises at home. Don’t get lazy!

Answer by stumpu2
It will definitely help but you need to mix it up. My personal trainer says you need to shock your system to keep producing great results. Your body will get used to the same routine and start to burn less fat. You need to keep changing your routine to keep the body reacting in maximum effectiveness.
