Anyone know of some good exercises for the butt? Also the upper part of the back of the thigh, where the leg meets the butt. I need to lose some cellulite in this area. I have no exercise equipment or weights or anything like that, so I just need to know some simple exercises for that area. Thanks!

I carry my fat in the exact same areas as you; the only thing that has ever worked to make the fat go away was jogging. If you don’t have any equipment, just go jogging outside every morning. If you run for at least 30 minutes a day, you’ll start seeing results in 1-2 weeks.

lunges. You can fill up old milk cartons with water if you want to add resistance. You can also do squats. Jogging, as mentioned before you help.
squats usin ur own body weight go butt to the floor n almost all the way back up do alternating lunges n sum double crunches to keep ur hips strong aim for about 30 reps in a single go good luck
