Question by : Is this a good cardio workout routine?
Is walking monday tuesday and wensday 7.2 miles and biking 7.2 miles on thursday and friday a good weekly workout i am not overweight i am just trying to get in shape and build muscle because i am now working out so i tryed jogging for 2 months and there are days where i love it and hate it because it puts alot of pressure on my legs and sometimes is a little boring but i like fast walking and biking so would this be a good workout??? Thanks

just the fact that u are doing phisical activity that you enjoy is a winning! i personally think is a lil bit too much of cardio. you need to incorporate some type of weight lifting in between, and make sure to take care of your fuel (what you eat) its natural to get hungrier when you work out, so eat, but eat healthy. good luck!

A good cardio workout would be doing any sort of continuous activity that elevates your heart rate from 120-150 bpm for 45-90 minutes around 4-6 days a week. So yeah, biking, walking, running, take your pick.
