ab exercises?

Can someone give me some ab exercise tips. Mostly for obliques(sorry can’t spell that). I do situps with a medicine ball. I do about 80 4x a week. It works but I just want my abs to be a little bit more defined. Plus I think my body getting little bored of that.

this will get you a six pack in almost less than a month…do pike ups with straight legs for 4 sets of 25 every other day…it is the best ab workout their is!!!! if you do not know how to do this then ask me at crawfishlover6@yahoo.com

Sit-ups!
or just balance your back on a large ball and move back and forth, I don’t know what that’s called but it works.
Try rresited ab crunches, but turn to the side as you do them to get defined obliques, but since you are a woman, you don’t want too much resistnace.
put your legs up in the air in a 45 degree angle and do 100 crunches in 4 sets, don’t rest make em burn. then put your legs straight up and touch your toes, don’t move you head up and down keep it still. then do that every day and drink protien drinks or creatine and you should gain lots of muscle in your abs.
I think this is a form of pilates: You lie down on your back with your hands under your buttocks for support. Then you lift both feet six inches off the ground and hold them together, and ift your head off the ground. From there, you just hold them out, or do some different leg moving patterns. For example, hold the legs together and move them in a circle a few times. Then do it again in the other direction. You can also alternate lifting your legs up and down, but the one that is down cannot touch the ground. I’m sure you can think of some more!

The only ab exercise that doesn’t get old: That machine at the gym that you sorta hang from with your forearms bearing your weight on the two padded rests while you grip the handles – draw your knees up repeatedly (or keep your legs straight if you’re tough)
You can do it with a twist to blast those obliques
Do this for 2-3 months then send pics
